This workshop is facilitated by facilitators from the Brave New Workshop and is perfect for manager and line level team members, including housekeeping, front desk, breakfast, van drivers, and more. Note: A great combination is when a hotel sends at least three people: a manager, someone from the heart of house and someone from the back of house. Participants will come back to your hotel armed with an action plan to put what they've learned into practice.

Learning objectives:

  • How to become an expert ‘friend in town’ to your guests!  It's about connecting with your guests in a personal way and providing local ‘insider’ knowledge that enhances their stay experience.
